Perkins LoansSigning your Perkins Promissory Note Our Perkins servicing agent, ECSI, is providing Geneva and you with many helpful electronic services. If you have been offered a Perkins Loan and have not signed a Promissory note in a previous year, please follow this link http://www.ecsi.net/promy3. Before you begin the process, your identity will be confirmed via your FAFSA PIN number. You will then be required to complete an On-Line Entrance Interview, provide Reference Information, and electronically sign your Master Promissory Note. Upon completion, ECSI will provide you with your required Website Login Information, so that you may access your On-Line Entrance Interview and Master Promissory Note at any time. Please Note: This is not the Stafford Loan Promissory Note. That is a separate process and you will receive the Stafford promissory note in the mail from AES in Harrisburg. Access Your Perkins Account On-line Geneva College is pleased to announce that, as of November 1, 2006, the billing for your Federal Perkins Student Loan is handled by Educational Computer Systems, Inc. ECSI is the industry leading student loan Billing Servicer and not a collection agency. We believe this change will be a benefit to both Geneva College and our borrowers. On your ECSI Billing Statement, you will be provided with a five-digit security code, which allows only you to access your confidential account information. One of the many features that ECSI offers is the ability for you to access your account information from their state-of-the-art website at http://www.ecsi.net. For example, you will now be able to: * Sign up for electronic Billing Statements Repaying Your Perkins Loan You have a nine month grace period after you graduate before repayment begins. After that, ECSI will bill you on the 15th of each month with your payment due on the 1st of the following month. When mailing your payments to ECSI, please be sure to make your check or money order payable to Geneva College and send it directly to: ECSI181 Montour Run Rd Always be sure to write your Student ID or Social Security Number on your check or money order.
