Geneva Across America is a 3,708-mile, 10-week transcontinental bicycle trip taking place in the summer of 2013.

Sponsored by the Geneva College Office of Student Development, participants will travel across the United States from San Francisco, CA to Bethany Beach, DE for the purpose of raising $50,000 to establish an endowed scholarship for students in need.

This adventure is open to everyone in the Geneva community—students, faculty, staff, alumni and friends of the college. In addition to riding as part of the bicycle team, other vitally important ways to get involved include:

  • Praying for safety and God’s blessing for the team
  • Sponsoring a rider (per mile or per state)
  • Making a onetime donation to the scholarship fund
  • Providing assistance with equipment needs
  • Hosting or feeding the team along their journey

The cost to ride as a team member is $3,500. An option is also available to participate as a “tag-along rider” for those who wish to ride only a portion of the trip at the cost of $85 per day. In addition to donating to the scholarship fund, if you would like to help underwrite the costs of the trip, please see the information below.
