Good Citizens

Members of the student body are to be good neighbors in the community at large. Therefore students are expected to abide by all local, state, and/or federal laws, and to be considerate of members of the Geneva College and Beaver Falls communities.  Examples of behavior which constitute a violation of this Community Standard include, but are not limited to:

a)  Violation of local, state, or federal laws including but not limited to underage drinking, disorderly conduct, trespassing, and public disturbances. (No criminal conviction is necessary for conduct to be subject to disciplinary action by the College, and disciplinary actions may proceed even though the same conduct is also the subject of a pending criminal charge.)  It should be noted that the CSX rail lines (bordering our campus) are private property and that your presence on this property is a violation of trespassing ordinances.

b)  Behavior which may reflect poorly on the mission of Geneva College, including but not limited to littering, loitering, and/or parking in front of the homes of College Hill residents for an extended period of time.
