Grad Finale 2014

Attention Seniors!

If you missed Grad Finale, below is a checklist that must be completed to ensure you are ready to graduate on May 10.  Please be sure to check in with each of these departments and do not hesitate to contact the Office of Event Planning with any questions (x6520).

Office of Event Planning

You can pick up your Commencement ticketson May 1st and 2nd between 9:00am - Noon in the lower level of Alexander Hall.  Each graduating senior will receive 6 tickets.  Additional tickets will also be available at this time on a first-come, first-serve basis.  If you would like your Commencement tickets mailed to your home, please email Heather Jones (hmjones@geneva.edu) with you home mailing address. 

Business Office

Confirm your student account balance is zero or pay any remaining charges.  This will ensure there are no problems getting your diploma or transcript.

Registrar

You must verify that the following items are correct:

  • Major
  • Minor
  • Concentration
  • Name that will appear on your diploma
  • Pronunciation of your name
  • Cords for January grads

Office of Alumni Relations

 Register for the Geneva Online Community and Place a reservation for Senior Send-Off

Campus Store

Caps and gowns will be available in the Bookstore until April 25th.  The cost is $39.  Please make arrangements with the Bookstore to pick them up or have them shipped to your home. 

Jostens

If you would like to order a class ring or graduation announcements, please visit www.jostens.com.
