Holly Magnuson

Undergraduate: Geneva College, B.S. Pre-Professional Psychology, 2002

Graduate: Cornell University, Masters of Industrial and Labor Relations, Human Resources and Organizations, 2004

Holly currently serves as the Director of Talent Planning and Workforce Analytics at The Hershey Company, where she leads a team responsible for Hershey's Global Talent and Succession Planning processes, including identification of and planning for top global talent and critical organizational roles through data-driven insights and decisions.

She joined the chocolate company in 2010 and has served as Sr. HR Business Partners for the U.S. Sales and Global Marketing Organizations. Holly has over 10 years of experience in talent and organizational leadership at Fortune 500 companies, working in a variety of HR roles at GE, Circuit City, and General Mills.

Holly, her husband, Joshua (Geneva College, B.S in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, 2002) and daughter, Rhys, live in Middletown, PA. They are active members at Living Water Community Church, in Harrisburg, PA, where Holly serves on the worship team, and Joshua on the student ministries team.
