Homeschool Transcripts

Geneva seeks to attract "well-rounded" students. For this reason, we will take into consideration your demonstrated Christian commitment, leadership, GPA, SAT/ACT scores and extracurricular activities when we evaluate your file for admission and financial aid. We recommend that you keep a list of high school activities and include that information on your Academic Evaluation or an addendum to be included with your transcript.

We require a complete transcript of all your high school work for ninth through twelfth grades. This may be submitted from an umbrella organization or from the teaching parents to Geneva's Admissions Office. The transcript should include the following:

Years of study
Grading scale
Course titles
Cumulative grade point average
Letter grades
Graduation date
Credits or carnegie units completed

If you have information that should be shared which does not fit on a concise transcript, please attach an addendum to relay the additional information (e.g. portfolio material, running bibliography of resources by year, listing of extra-curricular activities).

Point of Excellence

A great majority of Geneva students – 70% – complete internships during the course of their study.
