Beaver Falls, PA – After 16 seasons with Dave Murray patrolling the sidelines of the Geneva men’s soccer team, the Golden Tornadoes will begin a new era this fall with first-year head coach Todd Beall.
Beall joins Geneva’s staff after spending two years as an assistant coach for both the men’s and women’s programs at Crown College, MN. A four-year starter and two-year captain at Cedarville University, Beall claimed NCCAA Region and All-Tournament Team honors during his stint with the Yellowjackets.
Actively working in the youth soccer ranks, Beall has spent the last five years with the Cincinnati United Soccer League and On Goal Soccer Ministries. He also spent two years coaching professionally for Tonka United Soccer Club.
“We are thrilled to get a guy of Todd’s caliber into our program,” said athletic director Geno DeMarco. “He has a passion for the game and I am confident that his enthusiasm will rub off on our guys and give our soccer program a lift.”
Beall and his wife, Annie will be moving to Beaver Falls from their former home in St. Bonifacius, Minnesota.
