Beaver Falls, PA – One of the biggest snow storms in recent history has taken its toll on Geneva College events scheduled for Saturday. The Geneva indoor track and field teams were unable to get out of town for the Mt. Union College Invitational scheduled for Saturday morning. In addition, the men’s and women’s basketball games at Saint Vincent College have been postponed because of the inability to travel to Latrobe.
The basketball doubleheader has been rescheduled for Monday night with the women's game scheduled to tip at 6 pm and the men's game to follow at 8 pm.
Following Monday's action, the Geneva women are scheduled to be back in action at Chatham on Wednesday with the men’s team enjoying an extended break before hosting Grove City next Saturday night.
The Geneva baseball team was set to host the first of three camp dates on Saturday but the weather has forced a cancellation. The camp will open next Saturday morning at 9 am.
