Visingardi Tabbed PAC Player of the Week

Beaver Falls, PA – The Geneva College football team picked up its first road win of the 2012 season on Saturday with a 30-22 decision over Saint Vincent College. A main reason for the victory was the right foot of placekicker Bryan Visingardi. The senior kicker was perfect last Saturday with three field goals and three extra points. For his efforts, Visingardi was tabbed the PAC special teams player of the week.

Visingardi connected on field goals from 22, 32 and 37 yards with the 32 yarder coming as time expired in the first half. He was also a perfect 3-3 on extra points.

For the season, Visingardi leads the PAC with six points per game and is tied for the conference lead with six fields on nine attempts in 2012.

Geneva will host undefeated and 26th ranked Waynesburg this Saturday for a 4 pm homecoming kickoff.
