Beaver Falls, PA – On what was a perfect day to run last Saturday, Geneva’s Nick Edinger took advantage of his opportunity by once again rewriting the Geneva College record book. For what turned out to be another record breaking performance, Edinger was named the PAC male cross country runner of the week.
Competing at the Oberlin College Regional Rumble, Edinger went head to head against some of the best competition in the country. He finished 11th overall with all ten runners ahead of him posting personal best times. Edinger himself shattered his own personal best and Geneva College record by 1:23. He crossed the line with a new school record time of 24:23.
Edinger and the Golden Tornadoes will take the weekend off to prepare for the PAC Championships on October 27th at Bethany College.
