Every leader knows that trust is essential for high workplace performance. Trust, in fact, is a key part of organizational teamwork, collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
Nevertheless, as important as trust is, it gets broken…often unintentionally. When that happens, leaders frequently do the opposite of what they should do: they go into judgment, withhold information, and withdraw commitment.
Instead of pulling back, leaders need to step into the challenge, while acknowledging and working through the issues.
In this lively workshop, join Drs. Dennis and Michelle Reina as they help you recognize the common mistakes leaders make in responding to broken trust, and how you can take the right steps that shift loss into opportunity. You’ll learn to use disappointment and betray as stepping-stones to rebuild trust, so you can transform your work place relationships and energize your team’s performance.
As part of the conference experience, attendees will have the option of participating in a pre-conference survey that will measure the three major dimensions of trust among the organizations represented in the audience. The results of this survey will be used by Drs. Dennis and Michelle Reina to provide enhanced value for the participants. Individual responses to the survey will remain confidential and anonymous. Only aggregate data will be discussed at the conference.
