Minor in Leadership Studies

A Minor in Leadership Studies is an excellent addition to any major as students prepare to serve in their particular field of study and work toward a better world. The program is an academic partnership between the Office of Student Leadership Development and the Department of Leadership Studies.

Geneva College prepares students to lead in their various spheres of influence—now and in the future. Leadership is not separate, but is intentionally integrated in living out multifaceted faithfulness in service to the Kingdom. We are inescapably servants; embedded in the followership of Christ is the call to servanthood. From this servant position, then, we all lead—at times with official titles and at times within unlabeled positions of influence.
