Those students who have successfully completed their Master of Science in Organizational Leadership degree may wish to continue their education. The Department of Leadership Studies has developed agreements, articulations, with Regent University and the University of Pittsburgh that benefit our students pursuing doctoral studies. Regent University
Regent University offers a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership or a Doctorate of Strategic Leadership. The Ph.D. is a theoritical doctorate while the DSL is an applied doctorate. Both programs are delivered through a distance learning model.
University of Pittsburgh
University of Pittsburgh offers a traditional Ed.D. in Higher Education Management, housed in the School of Education.
