We are seeking an experienced financial and business manager who will report directly the CEO and President and partner with the business development director and program/office manager.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven financial and business management track record which includes but is not limited to specific knowledge of accounting, human resource management, Donor Management systems/CRM and the ability to develop and implement process improvement systems.

Requirements include, but are not limited to:

  • Proven analytical, evaluative and problem solving abilities;

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Management or supervisory experience;
  • Well organized, able to set priorities and be adept at executing multiple projects and tasks;

  • Ability and willingness to lead and influence people; and
  • Strong interest and focus on professional development of self and team members.

Finally, the candidate selected will be clearly accomplished and refined in his/her ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, clients, board of directors, donors and partners with credibility and integrity.

The qualified candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a business discipline (e.g. accounting, finance, etc.) and a minimum of five (5) year’s experience as a financial and/or business manager.

This is a regular, full-time, exempt position with immediate availability. Qualified candidate can expect competitive compensation that is thoughtfully structured to reflect his/her academic and experiential credentials as well as the scope of the role and duties.
