| PR students meet with Disney executive |
During the event, Prince discussed his journey in becoming a public relations professional, detailing his 10 personal branding tips to an audience comprised of GC PRSSA members and invited guests. Following the discussion, members of the audience were given the opportunity to speak with Prince and ask follow-up questions. “His presentation was very engaging and gave the students valuable tools to use in the professional world,” says visual communication major Amanda Tyson.
Before joining Disney, Prince served as Director of Communications for the Orange County Business Council where he was responsible for all marketing, media, web and communication components for the organization representing over 200 of Orange County’s largest employers. Prior to that, he worked in the Public Information Office for the City of Anaheim where he was responsible for the strategic marketing campaign for the City’s 150th Anniversary.
