All-Campus Retreat

Geneva College’s All-Campus Retreat, a time for students to fellowship and build community, is going to be October 1-3 at Pine Valley Bible Camp in Ellwood City, Pa. Students can pick up registration forms from the Center for Faith and Practice (CFP) office and may submit completed forms beginning on Thursday September 16.

Director for CFP Keith Martel explains, “The students are doing an excellent job shaping a time that will be about learning, singing, contemplation, playing and getting to know about new people and new communities on campus.”

The retreat is designed to build community on campus. “It’s about presenting possibilities for students to get to know other sub-groups and sub-cultures on campus and to understand how these communities pursue God and his kingdom”,  says Martel.

There are 80 spots available on a first-come, first-served basis, so students are encouraged to register as soon as possible. Students should consult their discipleship coordinator or go to the CFP office for more information.
