Symphonic Band spring concert

2010 Symphonic Band

The Geneva College Symphonic Band will hold its annual spring concert on Saturday, April 30, 2011 at 7:30 p.m. in the Beaver Falls Middle School Auditorium. The concert is free and open to the public.

The 70-member symphonic band will perform both traditional and contemporary works such as Sky Dance, Let Freedom Ring, Kirk Patrick Fanfare, Synergy Rising, A Circus Suite and others. The Geneva College Jazz Band will also perform, featuring a few selections from its recent “In the Mood XVI” concert.

The Geneva College bands are under the direction of Mr. Donald Kephart. More information can be provided by contacting the Music Department at 724-847-6660.

Geneva's Communication Disorders students have attended graduate programs all over the U.S., at schools such as the University of Iowa, California State University - Fullerton, Gallaudet University and University of Pittsburgh.
