| Cultural Trip to Cincinnati | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Geneva College students interested in a cultural experience outside of Beaver Falls will want to consider the Cincinnati Cultural Trip. The trip begins Friday, October 29 and ends Sunday, October 31. The total cost per person is normally $3,048.88; however, Geneva students are able to go for only $40. The trip has been put together by the Multiethnic Student Services office to provide a cultural awareness for students at Geneva. Students will visit the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center and participate in community service for the Freestore Foodbank, which distributes over 12 million pounds of food annually. Students will also attend a church service together on Sunday to experience a different culture within another community. The deadline to sign up for the trip is Tuesday, October 26.
