"Kennywood Day has become a great day for our community—for faculty, staff, students, parents and alumni to enjoy together,” says Cheryl Johnston, Director of Marketing Services and Public Relations at Geneva. “It's also fun to meet folks who don't know much about Geneva, and talk to them about what makes a Geneva a special academic community. There are always surprises when funnel cakes and roller coasters are involved."

"As a Geneva alumna, WORD-FM listener, former Kennywood employee and current Department Manager at Kennywood's sister park, Sandcastle, I love to see some of my favorite institutions come together to provide their communities with a fun, family friendly event,” says Melissa Kelly, Marketing and Group Sales Manager at Sandcastle Waterpark. “It is a day that I look forward to every year both personally and professionally."
