New associate director of church and parent relations announced

Becky PhillipsGeneva College welcomes Rebecca Phillips as Associate Director of Church and Parent Relations. Working as part of the Department of Marketing and Enrollment Services, Phillips will initiate, cultivate and build relationships with churches and youth groups as well as the parents of current and prospective students.

“The role of Geneva College is to educate students and prepare them for the work God calls them to do in the Kingdom of Christ,” explains Phillips. “Parents support and encourage their children through their college experience and local churches become an extension of the body of Christ for the students. This partnership will have life-long benefits as students become the servant-leaders of their generation.”

Phillips is a member of the Reformed Presbyterian Church and has a long history with Geneva College. She graduated in 1985 with a B.S.B.A. in Accounting and Business Administration and has served the college in a variety of capacities over the past several years. She has also served as an assistant to the principal of Pasadena Christian School in Pasadena California and provided computer consulting services.
