BEAVER FALLS, Pa. –Geneva College is hosting an 11-day tour of Scotland and Ireland. The tour is scheduled for June 11th to June 21st of 2007 and includes destinations such as Glasgow’s Sterling Castle, Edinburgh’s Grass Market, Belfast’s Saint Patrick Cathedral and Dublin’s historic downtown.
Hosted by Dr. James H. Sterrett, history professor emeritus, and coordinated by Ginny Caldwell, Director of Alumni and Affinity Relations at Geneva College, the trip will be highlighting Geneva’s Covenanter roots, as well as focusing on parts of Scotland and Ireland that go unnoticed by other touring groups.
The trip will be through Maranatha Tours, Inc., and will cost a total of $3,495 (tips and taxes are included), which includes a round-trip economy class flight, and accommodations at first class hotels with an American breakfast and dinner daily.
