Alumni Office helps professionals connect

GYPN.jpgThe Geneva College Alumni Office invites alumni to a networking event for young professionals. This event will be held on Thursday, November 15 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at The Sports Grille at Cranberry, located at 1294 Freedom Road in Cranberry Township.

"Geneva alumni meeting other alumni is a great way to make connections that will benefit everyone,” said Tom Stein, director of alumni relations. “As young alumni enter and engage their professions, they are blessed to have the networking and support that comes with gathering in casual settings like this."

Micah Yarger, a 2012 graduate who attending the last alumni networking event agreed. “I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to build their network,” he said. “It was a great time to meet other Geneva grads in the corporate world. You have a chance to meet like-minded professionals who are willing to connect and network together.”

The Geneva Young Professionals Network event is free to attend and no registration is required. Alumni just need to purchase their own food and beverages.
