They design and facilitate strategic and operational planning sessions across a wide variety of industries and organizations and serve clients across the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico.

What people can expect:

  • To understand specifically why any organization is achieving its current results.
  • To take an Organizational Performance Survey on their organization and learn the difference between performance drivers and performance indicators.
  • To understand, receive templates, and begin to develop: a 10-year vision, 3-5 objectives, and annual initiatives that will drive organizational performance.
  • To learn a simple, yet effective process of building a solid strategic plan that focuses on execution as its core.

The Professional Seminar Series is offered through the Geneva College Adult Degree Completion (ADCP) and Master of Science in Organizational Leadership (MSOL) Programs.  The seminars address relevant professional topics emphasizing interactive sharing and application of professional expertise.  Seminars are offered periodically throughout the year on Saturday mornings at the Regional Learning Alliance facility in Cranberry Township, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
