Geneva's Chapter of the Public Relations Student Society of America

PRSSA_Logo.gifThe Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA) is made up of more than 11,000 students and advisers organized into 330 chapters in the United States and one in Argentina. The PRSSA has a strong history of support from its parent organization the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), which offers professional development, networking opportunities and news.

Geneva College was granted charter to become a Chapter of the PRSSA in May 2012. A part of the national society, the Geneva College Chapter participates in national conferences and offers a variety of on-campus opportunities for professional development, networking and internship experience for communication and business students.

Since they are the 330th chapter, the Geneva College PRSSA runs with the philosophy of John 3:30, which says “He must increase; I must decrease.”

To stay updated with their activity visit their Facebook, Twitter and Wordpress Blog.

Any student interested in joining can contact the current Chapter President Ben Butler at ben.butler@geneva.edu.
