c. Tom Pyle—Capture the RC—Proposal for $275 for shirts, trophies, and snacks.  The event is next Friday and the purpose of it is to set the RC’s up as the leader so people know who they are.  Three different options of playing the game were presented; RC’s chose the option that is most similar to Capture the Flag, although there will be two rounds, the first one longer than the second.  RC agreed to the idea that the first round is 40 minutes (Young vs. Arms; Pearce/Clarke vs. McKee/Memorial) and the second round is 20 minutes with shorter boundaries.
