We’re excited about the opportunities that you have to study in one of the world’s most fascinating cities.  Applications are accepted and processed up to one year in advance on a rolling basis until each semester is full.  Because of the program’s popularity, we suggest that you apply early to assure a spot.

You should complete all parts of the application that pertain to you and submit the materials together to the Crossroads Office located on the second floor of the Student Center. Do not submit the application in segments.

Complete your part of the Faculty Recommendation and Student Development forms and deliver those to the appropriate office. The faculty member and Student Development Office can mail or deliver the completed forms to the Crossroads Office. Mailing information is provided on each form.

Non-Geneva students may mail their applications to:
Crossroads Office
Geneva College
3200 College Ave.
Beaver Falls, PA 15010

Applications will be honored on a first-received, first-considered basis. The application review process will begin immediately and you will be notified of your candidacy for the program within two weeks of receipt of all of your application materials (this includes the Faculty Recommendation and Student Development forms).

Applicants will receive a provisional letter of acceptance, be placed on a waiting list, or receive notification of non-admission. If provisionally accepted, you must confirm your participation by paying the $250 Geneva College administrative fee within two weeks of acceptance.

There are different applications for Geneva and non-Geneva students. Please follow the links below to access the appropriate forms.

Questions about applications, the application process, and the Semester in Rome generally should be directed to rome@geneva.edu or the Crossroads Office, Geneva’s Center for Off-Campus Study (724-847-6891).
