Student Records
Official Transcripts
Geneva College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide transcript ordering via the Web. You can order transcripts using any major credit card. Your card will only be charged after your order has been completed.
- To order an official transcript(s), login to the Clearinghouse secure site.
- The site will walk you through placing your order, including delivery options and fees. You can order as many transcripts as you like in a single session. A processing fee will be charged per recipient.
- Order updates will be emailed to you. You can also track your order online.
Please note that any indebtedness to the college must be paid before a transcript can be issued.
Unofficial Transcripts
For present or former students who attended Geneva beginning with the 2002-03 academic year and thereafter, grade records may be accessed online Click here to login.
Your username and password is the same as the one used as a student for the labs/intranet.

From the menu on the left, select GRADES then ALL TERMS.
The grade record may be printed and used as an unofficial transcript. The Registrar's Office does not mail unofficial transcripts, but they may be obtained in person in the office at no charge.
Degree and Enrollment Verification
Geneva College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide enrollment and degree verifications.
