Summer Preview 2013

Summer Preview

Summer Preview is for incoming first-year students who are accepted and planning to attend Geneva College. And because they play an important role in helping students transition to college, we also encourage parents to attend. This event is designed to give admitted students deeper insight into student life, as they meet with academic advisors, complete assessment testing and connect with future classmates. Parents will have the opportunity to learn more about the integration of faith and learning, attend sessions with faculty, participate in a Q&A session hosted by Student Development, learn more about the Financial Aid and Business Office procedures and connect with other parents.

Summer Preview will be held on June 14 and June 18, with optional overnight stays on June 13 and June 17. Space is limited for overnight stays in our residence halls, so reservations are encouraged and are given out on a first-come, first-served basis. If you do not desire the residence hall experience, there is a plethora of hotel options available here.

Check-in for the overnight experience is between 7 & 7:30 p.m.  Families who will not be able to make the check-in time should contact their admissions counselor for arrival time.
