The Misanthrope - Theatre Production

The theatre season continues with The Misanthrope, a classic French satire written by Molière.

Description: A classic of French theater, The Misanthrope was written in the late 1600s at the request of the King of France. Don't let its age fool you, The Misanthrope is still very relevant today. As two friends pursue the same woman, Molière makes a critical examination of high society and poses difficult questions about how we judge our peers. It is a tale of being able to stay above gossip and malice, rise above it and accept ourselves, and those around us, for what we are.

The show will run Feb. 26-28 and March 19-21. Curtains are at 8:00 p.m. with Saturday matinees at 2:00 p.m.
