The Academy: Campus and Community Leadership Training

August 12–20, 2013

Geneva College, through a joint effort with the Coalition for Christian Outreach (CCO) and Degrees of Change, presents The Academy—a new initiative designed to help students develop practical college success skills, equipping them to support one another and succeed academically as they grow into service-minded leaders.

Participants will meet together each day for college training with a priority on cultural intelligence and discovering a sense of purpose and leadership. They will establish a spirit of teamwork within an ongoing cohort, and build a network of support that will last through commencement.

In addition, upon successful completion of the weeklong Academy program, program participants will receive a stipend toward books or tuition.promise.png
