If you’re ready to further your career, Geneva College’s Adult Degree Programs can help you finish your degree. And with fully online degree programs in Christian Ministry Leadership, Human Resources and Organizational Leadership, doing so has never been more convenient. Designed for busy adults like you, online Adult Degree Programs can be completed in as little as 17 months if you have some previous college experience. And if you don’t, we offer the Bridge Program—also online—to help you get started.
In addition to timely completion of your degree, our program has an impressive graduation rate, consistently above the average.
In Adult Degree Programs, you register for all courses in your major at one time. Your online class calendar shows you the dates for all of the courses in your major and when your assignments are due. You don’t have to worry about scheduling the 48 credits of your major. And if you need additional courses to meet graduation requirements, your enrollment counselor will work with you to choose and schedule those courses in our Bridge Program.
We send textbooks and course materials to your home prior to the start of class, so you don’t have to spend time going to the bookstore or searching for books online. The cost of textbooks is included in tuition.
You’ll complete your degree in as little as 17 months, taking just two eight-week online classes at a time. However, "accelerated" doesn't just mean your classes are shorter. Accelerated learning occurs because as an adult, you already possess a wealth of personal and professional experience to share with others and use in your own personal development. Our online learning does more than simply introduce you to new concepts and knowledge: we take your experience, help you apply it to the workplace in unique ways and help you interpret it from a uniquely Christian perspective. The result—you learn more at a quicker pace and retain it for use in your current or future career.
You do your coursework on your time, at your pace, and in the comfort of your own home. No more traveling to and from class, spending valuable gas money. Your online classroom contains everything you need to be successful—your classmates, your assignments, your instructor, the library and more—all at your fingertips.
Because your entire learning will be online, your computer and Internet connection is just as important as your textbooks. Your computer should be able to access the Internet, have the latest versions of a web browser, and have a good word processing program. In addition, a webcam with microphone is needed, and we strongly recommend that you have high-speed Internet access to be able to watch videos and interact properly with your classmates and instructor.

Each student will be just like you, going through the same courses, and sharing in each other’s accomplishments together!
Your instructors are knowledgeable, academically qualified and experienced professionals who combine cutting-edge experience with established theory. With our application-oriented approach, you can take what you learn today and apply it immediately to your job.
