Geneva College Alumni Association

Welcome to the Geneva College Alumni Association. First organized in 1889 and re-constituted in 2010, the Geneva College Alumni Association has always worked to create connections between graduates and strengthen the relationship between alumni and the college. With over 17,000 living alumni from the 1930s through our most recent graduating class of 2010, Geneva’s Alumni Association is diverse and far reaching. 

Our Alumni Association is governed by a council of 12 alumni volunteers plus ex-officio representation from the College Board of Trustees, Office of Constituent Relations and the Geneva Student Union. The council meets quarterly on campus and maintains a close working relationship with college administration, staff and the current students through the Student Union. Most importantly, the Alumni Council is very excited about connecting with all alumni through campus events and volunteer opportunities.

Some ways each of us can be involved at Geneva:

  1. Pray for the college
  2. Keep you contact information up to date with the Alumni Office
  3. Come back to campus for events like homecoming, Founder’s Day, sporting events or concerts
  4. Mentor a current student through the Alumni-Student Connection Program
  5. Join an Alumni Association Committee: Advancement, Communications/Engagement or Nominating. You can find more information about these committees and how to join them here in the alumni section of Geneva’s website.
  6. Continue to or commit to financially supporting the college

 

As a fellow alumnus, I hope that you have fond memories of your time at Geneva College and that you have stayed in touch with the college over the years. I would like to encourage you to prayerfully consider getting involved in the alumni association. For more information on becoming involved and staying connected, contact the Alumni Relations Office at alumni@geneva.edu or 724-847-6590. We welcome your suggestions and ideas for continuing to make Geneva’s Alumni Association a vibrant, active and supportive group.
