Geneva's athletic training staff is one of the most skilled and respected in the region. Consisting of full-time athletic trainers Jeff Kern and Lisa Karlinsey, the athletic training staff also includes several student workers that help with the everyday rigors that goes with the athletic training room. Covering for 15 varsity sports, Geneva's athletic training staff works as hard, if not harder than most departments on campus. "We are very proud of the services that are provided in our training room," says athletic director Kim Gall. "Our people are very qualified to handle any and all athletic injuries. They work extremely hard and get very little thanks, but our coaches certainly are aware of the sacrifices that they make everyday."
