Geneva's athletic training staff is one of the most skilled and respected in the region. Consisting of full-time athletic trainers Jeff Kern and Lisa Karlinsey, the athletic training staff also includes several student workers that help with the everyday rigors that goes with the athletic training room. Covering for 15 varsity sports, Geneva's athletic training staff works as hard, if not harder than most departments on campus. "The hours that these people put into their work is overwhelming," said athletic director Geno DeMarco. "These people work above and beyond the call of duty to take care of our student-athletes. Our coaching staff is certainly grateful as we all understand the importance they play in our success."
