Community Engagement Opportunities

cfp-community-engagement.jpgThe Center for Faith and Practice serves as a bridge to help students get more involved in the local community. Scripture says that we should love the Lord our God with all our heart, soul, strength, and mind and that we should love our neighbor as ourselves (Luke 10:27). We think we love our neighbors by listening, learning, and serving alongside them.

The Students-in-Service (SIS) Interns are members of GCLife in the CFP and help organize and implement service opportunities for Geneva College. The purpose of this group is to encourage the Geneva community to love and serve others as Christ has loved us. The SIS Interns intentionally develop partnerships with local churches, schools and non-profit organizations in the following areas:
