Biology majors can declare a concentration in environmental biology. This includes 12 credits of introductory environmental biology, botany and ecology, and six credits of summer courses at the Au Sable Institute of Environmental Studies.
Non-majors can earn a minor in environmental science by taking the above courses plus SCS 105 Environmental Science.
