The program is an exercise program that runs throughout each semester. It is free to join. It is open to Geneva students, staff, and faculty.
The goal for the program is to accumulate 30 minutes of activity at least 3 days/week for at least 10 weeks.
Minutes can be accumulated in as little as 10-minute increments throughout the day.
Points are awarded based upon length of time of exercise and also intensity of exercise.
A variety of incentives are used throughout the program. Incentives are awarded based upon meeting the goal as well as overall points accumulated. (free water bottle and other prizes).
