Multicultural Student Services at Geneva College

The Multicultural Student Service (MSS) office is located in the Student Center in the Student Development Office. The MSS office serves all students on campus. This is done by assisting Multicultural students in the transition to college life on a predominately white campus, while helping to provide education and awareness around issues to the entire student body. We understand that college can be a new, overwhelming, or even challenging experience. Please know that you do not have to walk through any of these challenges alone. We are here to help and support you. The office of Multicultural Student Services seeks to be a safe environment for you where you will be listened to, supported, and encouraged to be all that God has called you to be.

Our mission is for student’s lives to be transformed through the power and work of Christ allowing them to become effective Christian leaders by growing in a deeper understanding and appreciation of their culture and heritage.

mcs.jpgWelcome Back Geneva Students!

We are excited for the start of a new semester and we are glad you are back!  The beginning of each school year is always full of transitions.  While you transition back to the life of homework, class, work, clubs, friends, sport practices, and more; please don’t forget us in the MSS office.  We are both here to pray for you, support you, and encourage you.  We hope to see you around campus, getting involved with MSS activities or just hanging around our office in Student Development.  The Lord has been doing amazing things through the office and we believe greater things are to come.  Don’t miss what’s happening, come and be a part of the movement that’s changing things.

As the school year has started and life is getting hectic again, know that we are praying for you and God is with you.  During this new season, may you know the Love of God more and more.

Blessings to you on the start of another year, we look forward to seeing you around!
