Office of Special Events
Geneva College host numerous events throughout the year. Because of this, it is important to utilize the College’s resources wisely. In order to do this, as well as allow us to provide knowledgeable support for events, the Office of Events has established a clear process to work closely with on-campus departments, student organizations and off-campus guests.
- Any person or organization (on-campus or guest) wishing to utilize a college facility for an event must first check with the Campus Scheduler to reserve the requested space(s). Without the facility being booked through the Campus Scheduler, we cannot guarantee availability of any particular facility for event use. Please note that not all facilities are available for space requests.
- Reserving a room does not include room set-up, catering, technical / AV needs or room / table décor. Instructions on requesting these services will be provided after your room request is submitted to the Campus Scheduler.
- Geneva College is a Christ-centered academic community and the Office of Events reserves the right to schedule only events which align with our mission and beliefs.
- Reservations will not be accepted for Sundays.
