Web Registration

On-line class registration is available for the ease of students. On-line registration can only be done after the official registration start time.

Please read the following VERY IMPORTANT notices before Web registering!

  • Dropping below 12 credit hours can affect your health insurance, financial aid, and athletic eligibility.
  • Before dropping courses, we highly recommend you consult with your advisor.
  • By registering for courses at Geneva College, you agree to pay all charges incurred in accordance with College policy, including interest charges.

Web Registration is optional.

Prerequisites for Web Registration:

You must be a currently enrolled student. If you receive a registration form with a "registration start date" you are enrolled.

You must have No HOLDS on your record, including: advisor, other charges, accounts receivable.

IMPORTANT: Prior to the registration period every student will have an "Advisor Hold". This hold will be removed by the advisor after the student has met with the advisor. You must make an appointment with your advisor. Until he/she removes your advisor hold, you cannot complete web registration.

You must know how to log into the system.
Click on the "Web Registration Login" link on the right side of this page.
You'll be prompted for a username and password. Your username and password will be the same as the one used in the labs and for intranet access.

You can direct questions or problems to helpdesk@geneva.edu

Web Registration Hours

Web Registration is allowed 7 days a week, except between the hours of 4 - 7 a.m. Late night will be a good time to register - there should be less competition at that time.

Where to get help
The online help for this program is very "helpful". In the top right corner of each page is a large "?". Click on it to get context sensitive help.

Normal business hours - between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday call 724-847-6731.

Cautions:

  • For courses that require a lecture and discussion or lab component, make sure you've registered for both components.
  • Make sure with your advisor that you have proper prerequisites for courses
  • Do not drop courses without talking to your advisor (dropping below 12 credits can affect financial aid, health insurance and athletic eligibility).
