Regarding Apple computers:

Geneva College supports Apple computers on our network. Unfortunately, due to the design of Apple laptops, we are unable to provide hardware support beyond basic diagnostics should your laptop fail.

Warranty:

If your laptop is under warranty we strongly encourage you to contact the manufacturer of the laptop for repair assistance.

Internet Connectivity:

Student Technology Services is happy to help you get connectivity to your computer regardless of brand. Wireless connectivity is available in all residence halls.

Software:

Students may wish to purchase Microsoft Office 2010 to install on their laptops prior to coming to school. We suggest that they do not buy it when purchasing the laptop but rather purchase it through http://www.journeyed.com/ to get an educational discount.
