The Geneva College women’s volleyball team made history once again in 2011. One year after setting the school record with 26 victories in a single season, the Golden Tornadoes topped that mark with a 27-9 finish in 2011 to go along with the school’s first ever PAC championship.

Geneva finished their first year as full member of the Presidents’ Athletic Conference with a conference mark of 17-1. PAC player of the year Deanna Briody returns in 2012 along with a host of student-athletes that enjoyed the 2011 title.

Co-head coaches Wendy Smith and Curt Conser return to the fold for their 13th season as a tandem. The duo has once again added several key pieces to the volleyball roster that will go a long way in helping Geneva defend its conference title this fall.
