Geneva's women's basketball program will get back to basics in 2009-10 with the return of legendary head coach Ron Galbreath. Galbreath missed last season recovering from health issues, but will return to the sidelines for the upcoming season.
With the return of several key youngsters from last year's team that finished 9-15 and with the addition of several incoming freshmen, the Golden Tornadoes will look to get back to their winning ways.
Prior to Galbreath's departure, Geneva had enjoyed back to back 20-win seasons for the first time in school history, along with its first trip to the NAIA national tournament in 2007.
