AMY TROUP '83, First Lady of Geneva College
With her cap, gown, and newly received Geneva diploma, Amy Spear ‘83 had dreams of becoming a librarian, marrying her fiancé Calvin, having a family, and serving the Lord. Little did she know that as her older self, Amy Troup would come back to Geneva College as First Lady, wife of new President Dr. Calvin L. Troup. Read the full story >>
Geneva’s Office of Career Development would like to feature you in one of its upcoming iSucceed alumni campaigns!
We want to highlight the success of our alumni and where the Lord has led them. Career Development posts a photo and brief bio outside their office in Skye Lounge. There is also a set of Q & A in which an alumnus has shared what they’re doing now, their favorite Geneva memory, and when applicable, how the Career Development Center helped them.

Michael Matvey Jr. ’68 resides in Orlando, Florida with wife Lura. He retired in 2010. While at student at Geneva, Michael lettered in football and baseball and was named all-conference in both sports. He also earned NAIA Honorable Mention All American in baseball in 1968.

Scott Madeira ’87 was hired as the administrative pastor at Grace Community Church in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania. He is responsible for daily operations of the church and planning for future growth.

David Fabricatore ’90 was awarded a patent by the U.S. Patent Office related to the development of a "virtual cooling duct" used as part of the hybrid battery cooling system on the 2013 Ford CMAX Hybrid vehicle. David and his wife Michelle (Droz ’90) reside in Canton, Michigan.
- Dr. Jeremiah Johnson '00 was recently appointed to serve as a Policing Fellow with the Police Foundation, a think tank based in Washington D.C. Policing Fellows are "current rank-and-file members of criminal justice organizations whose knowledge, experience, and perspectives help advance the Foundation's mission". Jeremiah and several other Policing Fellows were invited by the White House to attend a policy briefing on “Advancing 21st Century Policing” which was held on June 30th, 2016.
