Homecoming and Family Weekend 2017 Recap

For those of you who were able to join us, we say “Thank You!” The weather was beautiful and we enjoyed a day full of opportunities to gather with classmates and reminisce. You have received an email with a five question survey to help us better plan for next year. If you haven’t had the opportunity to take the survey, it’s not too late. We want to hear from you.

Giving Tuesday

What is #GivingTuesday?

Taking place November 28, 2017 – the Tuesday after Thanksgiving – #GivingTuesday is a time for us to embrace the spirit of giving, utilizing the power of social media to create a national movement.  Coming on the heels of the retail spree that is Black Friday and Cyber Monday, Giving Tuesday is an opportunity to give back.  Watch your email and Geneva Facebook, Twitter and INSTAGRAM accounts to spread the word.

Distinguished Service Award Recipients

On October 6-7 we welcomed alumni and families back to campus to celebrate Homecoming & Family Weekend. As part of that celebration, we honored five outstanding alumni with the awards recognizing their outstanding service and leadership in their churches, careers, families, communities and to Geneva College. The awards are also a means of honoring alumni for exemplifying Geneva’s standards, mission and commitment to servant-leadership. This year there were five recipients.
