For 16 years, the Geneva College Master of Science in Organizational Leadership has been educating the leaders of our communities. It is no surprise that many Adult Degree Completion graduates continue their education in the MSOL Program.
It is also of no surprise that MSOL is partnering with Serving Leaders to offer a leadership conference focused on cultivating personal and organization values and putting them into organizational discipline. The purpose of this conference is to learn how to embody personal and organizational values in leadership and in all of life. Putting values into operational discipline is required for great organizational performance.
The conference will be held on Thursday, April 19, at the Marriot Pittsburgh North in Cranberry Township. The event′s speakers are Dan Cathy, the president and chief operating officer of Chick-fil-A; Mark Miller, the vice president of training and development at Chick-fil-A; and John Stahl-Wert, the president and CEO of the Pittsburgh Leadership Foundation and Serving Leaders.
In addition to the excellent and educational information, the conference includes breakfast, lunch and materials. Don′t miss this valuable conference! For more information and to register, visit www.geneva.edu/MSOL.
