Employer Reimbursement Policies

If you will be receiving tuition benefits from your employer, you are required to complete the Employer Tuition Reimbursement Form (PDF). Please contact the Student Financial Services Office directly with questions regarding this form. The form must be submitted to the Student Financial Services Office before aid can be offered.

Please note that students in all programs (except MBA) are required to pay their tuition up front (through a student loan or out of pocket) and then be reimbursed by their employer. They must pay 100% of the bill up-front as there is no deferred payment option for these programs at this time.

Students in the MBA program are permitted to pay a minimum of 30% of the course tuition up front, as long as they sign a MBA Tuition Reimbursement Agreement form on which they agree to pay the balance at the end of the semester. The form, which must be completed each semester, contains repayment policies and timing details. You may download the MBA Tuition Reimbursement Agreement form at http://www.geneva.edu/graduate/mba/mba_reimbursement.
