Students who are fully vaccinated will no longer need to wear a mask or physically distance when on the Geneva College campus. You will need to notify Geneva by uploading a copy of your CDC vaccination documents to the appropriate website when you are vaccinated.

Health Services is open daily for virtual appointments. Health Services CANNOT see any walk in appointments. Please email healthservices@geneva.edu and provide the following information: your name, date of birth, student ID#, and reason for your visit. Someone from Health Services will email you (Geneva email) with available appointment times or refer you if needed.
The email is not monitored after close of business daily. If you have an immediate medical need after hours or on weekends, proceed to a local urgent care center or emergency department.

Closed on weekends, college holidays, and during chapel on Wednesdays from 10:10 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
In the event of campus closure due to inclement weather or emergency, the Health Services office will be closed.
Medical needs of a resident student occurring during non-clinic hours are referred to a local urgent care or emergency department. Notify your RD or RA.

The Geneva College Health Services office provides urgent/limited primary care to students, faculty and staff of Geneva College. Students may contact the Health Services Department for health assessment and treatment, health education and counseling, referrals, minor injury care and follow-up, and other health-related needs.
Health Services is open daily for virtual appointments. Health Services CANNOT see any walk in appointments. Visits will be virtual. No allergy injections, or physicals will be conducted until further notice.

Please have your health insurance card available during your virtual appointment at Health Services. This is needed if additional testing is ordered from and performed at an outpatient facility. This includes labs, x-rays, etc.
There is no charge for most services rendered in the Nave Infirmary.
For true, life-threatening emergencies occurring on campus, dial 9-9-1-1 to dispatch the local Emergency Response Team. Please remember to notify the dispatcher of the Geneva College extension from which you are calling.
The Physician Assistant will advise the proper treatment for the patient's medical complaint and evaluate each patient. If indicated, the Physician Assistant may refer the patient to a local urgent care or emergency department. The Physician Assistant may require follow-up appointments to scheduled.
The relationship between you as a patient and any of the Health Services Department staff is strictly confidential. You are entitled to privacy and confidentiality, and to informed consent to the extent provided by the law. Information can be released only with your verbal or written consent.
