Pennsylvania drivers can show their Geneva College pride with an official license plate! Pennsylvania drivers can show their Geneva College pride with an official license plate! For an issuance fee of $34 + $6 (from the Pennsylvania Correctional Industries) $40 total, you will receive a Geneva College Pennsylvania license plate. You pay only the normal registration fee thereafter. Plates are issued in numerical sequence.

 

If you are interested in purchasing a Geneva College license plate:

1. Print and complete the application (Form #MV-904SP).

2. Send the completed application with a check made payable to “Geneva College”.

*For Geneva plates only, please fill in sections A and E and send to the Office of Alumni Engagement along with a check to Geneva College for $40 to cover fees. We will complete section B and C.

**For Personalized Geneva plates, please fill in sections A, E and D and return to the Office of Alumni Engagement, along with a check for $176 ($136 for the personalization, $34 for the Geneva College special plate and $6 for the correctional industry fee). We will complete section B and C. Checks should be made payable to “Geneva College”.

Once we receive the form, we’ll send it to PennDOT for processing. Please allow about 6-8 weeks to process.

Please do not send your application directly to PennDOT; doing so will delay delivery of your license plate.
