ASCE (American Society of Civil Engineers) Student Club

The ASCE Student Club at has existed for about 20 years. It provides opportunities for students to meet practicing civil engineers and get to know more about the profession. It also provides a chance for underclassmen to get to know the upperclassmen. Occasionally the club arranges field trips such as a tour of the Montgomery Locks and Dam on the Ohio River and a visit to Frank Bryan Concrete in Pittsburgh where the student not only saw how concrete is made but also visited an associate company that makes precast concrete.
