Computer and Electrical Engineering Club (ComECal)

ComECal's purpose is to provide an environment where students interested in computer engineering, electrical engineering and computer science can explore aspects of computer and electrical engineering by creating a variety of out-of-the-classroom projects. We want to provide a place where students can utilize the knowledge they have learned in the classroom in the development of real-world applications that are fun and contribute beneficially to the Geneva and Beaver Falls communities.

This club meets weekly throughout the semester for a variety of activities including projects, speakers, and outreach events. Meetings are open to all engineering and computer science students.

Engineering Ambassadors Network (EAN)

Our mission for Engineering Ambassadors is to be agents of change through leadership, conversations, presentations, and hands-on activities as we inspire the next generation to challenge the role that engineering plays in society. We desire to help students purse engineering creatively as it impacts the health, safety and happiness of all.

Our goal is to connect with families, prospective students, alumni, industry partners and the community to inspire others to see the astounding opportunities in the engineering field and at Geneva College. We hope that our presentations and programs play a role in changing the conversation that students are having about engineering.

EAN meets weekly throughout the semester and has attended regional training conferences in the fall semester for new members. Members give presentations regularly throughout the year in the local community. Meetings are open to all engineering and STEM majors.
